About the application

The Annual Scarecrow Harvest display is a time when our community comes alive with creative life-size scarecrows.  The community designs and creates scarecrows which are displayed throughout downtown Alpharetta.  Everyone is invited to participate this year!  This includes Alpharetta accredited Pre-K through 5th grade classrooms, businesses, non-profit organizations, civic groups, neighborhoods, families and individuals.  Anyone is welcome to create a scarecrow and join the fun!

  • The People's Choice award will be hosted on our Facebook page (@AlpharettaRecreation).  All scarecrows are eligible and anyone can cast a vote by simply posting a selfie with their favorite scarecrow on our page during the contest dates of Oct 6 - 13.  Rules & details will be posted online before the contest goes live.
