We strive to promote local small business and give back to the community. Each year we host a Christmas in July Event within the Elkridge Community at the Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department. We will have food trucks, sweet treats, crafts, spa and beauty, apparel and more. Vendors inside of the facility will be provided one 8ft table and two chairs. Outside vendors will be required to bring their own logistics (tent, table and chairs). If assistance is needed, please advise. One last thing…we will be hosting a raffle. Anyone willing to donate please annotate your application with what you will donate, a picture of the item, and any important information we may need to know about the item(s). Should you accept this journey, please review the vendor guidelines below. Vendor Guidelines: 1. Elevate Your Presence: Showcase your products/services with professionalism. 2. Engage Effectively: Interact with attendees positively, highlighting your unique offerings. 3. Brand Consistency: Ensure your presentation aligns with our event's standards for a cohesive experience. 4. Marketing Etiquette: Respect fellow vendors and attendees; your success contributes to the overall success of the event. 5. Community Exposure: As the host, we, 3 Queens, will ensure promotion within the local community to maximize your reach. 6. Facility Guidelines: Adhere to guidelines set forth by the facility for a smooth and cooperative event. Let's make this event memorable and mutually beneficial!

Parking instructions
Please limit one car per vendor as we will like to have ample parking for patrons. During the day of the event, vendors will be shown where to park their vehicles by the queens on staff.

Health & safety guidelines
Food Vendors will be required to provide the necessary documentation to validate health and safety guidelines outlined by state requirements.
