About the application

Thank you for agreeing to be a vendor at this year's Cinco de Mayo Fest. We are expecting huge crowds both days so be prepared to serve as many portions as you can as quickly as you can. We made an effort to include a wide variety of food vendors and hope that each of you has a very successful weekend. 
 
This questionnaire will give us the answers we need to have the site prepped and ready for your arrival. We expect all vendors to load in between 9am-1pm on Saturday and your food truck or trailer to remain on site the entire time. If you need to move out on Saturday night, you must reach out to Zahara (727-458-7139) to make special arrangements. Once loaded in, we will have staff wristbands and a parking pass for one additional vehicle to park next to the event site. Gates open at 3pm each day and first bands start at 4pm. We encourage you to be ready to serve by 2pm each day.
 
Full load-out can begin on Sunday at 10:30pm after all patrons have left the event grounds. We will have overnight security on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so you are welcome to load-out on Monday between 8am-12pm. 
 
The map shows approximately where each vendor will be placed. However, we will end up loading in on a first-come, first-served basis with the four food trucks going along the Division Street fence and the 5 trailers going along the back wall. We will have tables and a shade structure located in the center of the lawn across from your vending area. 
 
All vehicles will load-in on the bottom right of the map on Division Street where you will be greeted by a gate captain and directed to your location. Every inch of the site will be marked and it is imperative that you park exactly where instructed so please follow the gate captains instructions carefully.

  • Did you already pay for an electrical outlet? If you need a 220 connection, please upload a photo of the plug.
  • Are you cooking on-site? If so, you must bring your own fire extinguisher.
  • If you are bringing a truck or trailer, do you have your Jefferson Parish food truck permit?
  • If you are bringing a food truck or trailer, please list the length from the front bumper to the back bumper or trailer hitch.

  • We will provide you with ice if you need it. Ice pallets will be stationed nearby. Please let us know if you are planning on using ice.
  • You are welcome to sell any non-alcoholic beverages except water because Evamor is an official event sponsor of Cinco de Mayo Fest
